Report cases, measures, decisions or practices that may produce, reinforce, reduce or correct a chilling effect on fundamental rights.
CHILL Watch is a reporting channel for documenting situations in which individuals, groups, journalists, activists, researchers, organisations or communities may be discouraged from exercising their rights because of legal pressure, administrative action, surveillance, intimidation, private enforcement or other restrictive practices.
